The recipe needs the following ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>100g butter<br \/>\n100g sugar, recommended brown<br \/>\n150g honey<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n400g flour<br \/>\na bit of salt<br \/>\n1 tee spoon of baking soda<br \/>\n2 tee spoons of blended ginger<br \/>\n1 tee spoon of cinnamon<br \/>\n1 tee spoon of hot wine spices<br \/>\n2 table spoons of sour cream<\/p>\n<p>Put together as:<\/p>\n<p>Mix well butter and sugar.<br \/>\nPeel off ginger and blend it together with an egg. Put it together with butter and sugar.<br \/>\nMix baking soda with sour cream and put to the bowl for pastry (there should be butter, sugar, egg and ginger by now :)).<br \/>\nAdd honey and spices and mix all the ingredients well.<br \/>\nAdd flour to make pastry of a consistence for cookies. Put it in the fridge for half an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Flatten the pastry, and form the cookies (I do that by cutting it to squares with a pizza knife :)). Heat the oven up to 180 degrees and bake the cookies for 10 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 15 minutes.
